All "Tracked & Signed" orders will dispatch with a tracking number.

When shipping to an address outside the UK, please note that international delivery times may be longer than usual as it depends on the local postal services of the destination country. If you need a faster service, please contact us and we can arrange another option.

Please note that if you choose "Economy" as the delivery option, we are not responsible for any loss or damage. We are not insured when sending items with this delivery method, therefore if something gets either damaged or lost we will not issue a replacement or refund for your order.

LIQUIDS

Tracked and signed orders that contain liquids will be posted in two separate parcels. A parcel with the solids and a parcel with the liquids. This is due to courier service policies on liquids. We will NOT charge you any more for this, you will simply receive two parcels and we will cover all extra costs for this.
